Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Your order will be shipped with DHL Parcel services including a tracking number.

Once the parcel leaves the studio you will be provided with your individual tracking number by email. 

Please also note that shipping delays may occur on the side of delivery services (DHL) and are out of my hands once the pieces leave my studio.

Since phyllis luu studio is a one-person business and I do all the different steps for creating your ceramic piece by myself, please allow up to 14-21 days for delivery. 

please also note: For deliveries to Switzerland and EU countries, you will be responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.

European Union Shipping

Shipping within the EU is mailed using either Hermes, DHL or DPD depending on rates and will include tracking. Objects are charged a prorated amount based on weight. If you live in Berlin, Germany and would like to pick up your piece directly at the studio, please choose "local pickup" at checkout and I will get in touch via email to arrange a collection time.

 

UK Shipping

Shipping within the UK is mailed using either Hermes, DHL or DPD depending on rates and will include tracking. You may experience usual delays due to the recent change brought upon by Brexit. Objects are charged a prorated amount based on weight.

Important note, import taxes/customs may apply for countries that are not part of the economic zone of the European Union. Each country can have its own customs rate so please check on the website of the ministry of finance of the country you reside in. This does not apply for countries that are part of the European Union! I cannot be held responsible in any way for any costs related to customs.

US & Canada Shipping

Shipping within the US and Canada is mailed using DHL or UPS depending on rates and will include tracking. You will be given the choice between Standard Shipping or Express Shipping at Checkout. From the moment the package is mailed, standard shipping takes approximately 3 to 8 weeks depending on your location, while express Shipping takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks. These time frames are only approximate and can be longer due to the ongoing pandemic and custom delays.

International Shipping

Shipping international is done by Hermes, DHL, DPD or UPS depending on delivery location and will include tracking whenever available. Shipping costs at checkout are estimated and in rare cases may be subject to change after checkout. Any change in shipping costs after checkout will be sent to you for approval before the transaction is completed.
