Workshop: Handbuilding with Ceramics | 1 session - 2.5 hours

Description: In this class, you will make ceramics using various handbuilding techniques. The 2.5 hour session begins with a demo of pinching, coiling or slab building, depending on what kind of items you wish to make. At the end of the class, you can choose up to two pieces to keep that will be fired and glazed in a solid colour of your choice. The finished pottery will be available for collection once they are completed or shipped at cost, if needed. Price includes all materials and firing fees.

• The studio has capacity for up to two people - there is an automatic discount if you book with a friend!
• Hand building with clay allows more flexibility than wheel throwing, so bring some inspiration! 
• Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule the class. Any cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund of the price. You can also transfer the class to a friend if you can't make it - just email me the details in advance.
• If you want to have a beginner wheel throwing session for this time slot, send me an email after you've booked and we can do that instead.
  

Don't forget: Making ceramics can be messy so wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. Short finger nails are a must!
